Managing the Sales and Business Development, Sales of flats, plots and real
estate products, dealing with clients, handling/fixing Corporate meetings, Tele-Calling.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clients, ensuring
customer satisfaction by achieving service quality norms.
Client Servicing and Revenue generation.
Arranging site visits for clients & assisting them on site.
Follow - up with the clients giving presentation, negotiate with them over the price
& closing the deal.

Excellent communication Skills, self-motivator, excellent convincing abilities,
Hard worker, Passionate towards work and a pleasant personality
